Delete your account

Last updated: September 2026 ·

Both hplab apps — Gravity (引力) and Snore Analyzer (鼾声分析器), published on Google Play by SuperGravity / 广州超引力数字科技有限公司 — let you delete your account from inside the app, without contacting us. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Snore Analyzer

  1. Open Snore Analyzer and sign in.
  2. Tap your account name in the header, then Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account, every saved night (results and any retained recordings) and your sign-in identity are deleted at once.

You can also delete individual saved nights, recording included, from the Results tab at any time without deleting the account. Analyses run without an account are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Gravity

  1. Open Gravity, tap Me, then Settings → Account.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm.
  3. Your profile, connections, timeline, messages you sent, uploaded files, location history and push registrations are deleted; content you sent into other people's conversations is removed from their view as well.

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you is kept after deletion, except records we are legally required to retain (for example abuse reports and their outcomes, kept for the statutory period) and anonymous aggregate analytics that cannot be linked to you.

Deleting by email

If you cannot open the app, email [email protected] or [email protected] from the address on the account, naming the app. We confirm identity by replying to that address and delete the account within 7 days.
