hplab.dev and its applications (Gravity and Snore Analyzer) are operated as a personal project. By using the suite you agree to these terms.

The service

The suite is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed; availability is not guaranteed. Snore Analyzer is a consumer wellness tool — its output is not medical advice and is no substitute for a clinical sleep evaluation.

Your account and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post and for keeping your credentials safe. Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, scraping, spam, or attempts to disrupt the platform or access other users' data. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or removed, and content may be taken down.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (profiles, messages, recordings, feedback). You grant hplab the right to store and process it as needed to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Objectionable content and abusive users

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable may be removed without notice, and the accounts responsible may be suspended or terminated without notice. In Gravity you can report any content (profiles, posts, messages, pages) and block abusive users directly in the app; reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hplab is not liable for any damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — the suite.
